Just to be clear.. I’m not married. In the event that I ever become married again, I think my sister will be in charge of disposing of my craft supplies — which I fully expect to be packed up and transported to her craft room along with my tanzanite ring 🙂
I started out with just one stamp…And then I bought some more,…I decided that a shoebox…Would make an ideal store.
Then I added inks and pens…My stamping collection grew….So I bought a roomy plastic crate…I thought should last for years.
Embossing then became my thing,…With powders and heat gun,…Metallics, tinsels, pearls, and clear,…I soon had every one!
By now my lovely plastic crate…Was spilling everywhere,…And my glitter glue collection…Lay scattered on a chair.
My family started muttering…And said things had to stop….So I bought a huge old wardrobe…At the local charity shop.
But after just a little while…I couldn’t shut the door,…So I put shelves in the spare room…To accommodate yet more.
Our house is now up for sale,…Something larger being sought….Oh, by the way, did I show you,…The latest stamp I bought!!!
Unfortunately, I don’t know who wrote this cute poem. If you do, please let me know so I can give them proper credit.
