August Girls Stampin’ Up! Craft Night

The Girls! busy making their cards 🙂 Just missing Megan — but she was over with her adorable 18 month old daughter, Aubree. Unfortunately they couldn’t stay.

Once a month, “the girls,” get together for craft night.  A day is picked, the card or sentiment is chosen and everyone comes over to my house to make the card.  We take turns bringing dessert and a bottle of wine and I always have tea and coffee, pop and water on hand.  Haley brought dessert this time.  We got to make our own individual fresh strawberry shortcakes 🙂  They were soooo good!  I have come to love these monthly get-togethers.

Last night, was one such night.  The girls had seen the Fabulous You card I had cased from last years SU annual catalogue and that was the card they all wanted to make.  To make things a little more interesting, instead of copying mine, everyone chose their own colour combination and card stock and they were able to use the sentiments from Sassy Salutations or Wacky Wishes (a discontinued Hostess set.)

*Drum Roll Please*

These were their results:

Image 5Aren’t they amazing??  I just love this stamp set and everyone made them just a little bit differently.

Happy Craftin’ everyone 🙂
